"37, rue de Nimy", devised in Victor Horta style by architect Paul Saintenoy, is the best example of the modern house of the immediate pre-war period (1899-1910). This house, which steers clear of the reigning conformism of the time, combines different styles which gives the total a very particular character. A house from the 18th century and a gem of Art Nouveau.
